Exciting news! Online auto quoting is now available again! You can easily get a quote for your car insurance from the comfort of your own home. And if you prefer a more personal touch, you can also visit my office for an auto quote.

About Me: Welcome to Julie Franks State Farm Insurance Agency! I've been proudly serving the Kern County community since 2003 when I opened my agency on Center Street in Taft. My roots in Taft go back to 1975 when my family took over the concession stands at Buena Vista Lake. I have cherished memories of working at the lake from the age of 13 through my college years. After graduating from Taft College, I moved to Bakersfield to complete my education. It was there that I met my husband, and we tied the knot in 1995. We have two wonderful adult children, Audrey and Jake. I am licensed in California and can assist you with your insurance needs anywhere in the state.

What I love most about being a State Farm agent is helping individuals and families create an insurance plan that suits their specific needs and budget. We offer a wide range of insurance options, including car insurance, life insurance and health insurance including medigap supplements. We are currently not writing any fire insurance including home , renters and small business. We look forward to it reopening in the future and will keep you updated.

If you're concerned about protecting your income in case of illness or injury, ask us about our options to help cover your paycheck during such times. We are also passionate about pets and offer Pet Insurance to ensure the well-being of your furry friends. Give our friendly State Farm team a call today and discover how we can assist you and your family.

Outside of the office, I enjoy going for runs and exploring new places through travel. I also make it a point to get involved in the community whenever possible. Currently, I am actively engaged with organizations such as the Downtown Merchant Committee and the Taft Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, I served as the Past President of the Taft Rotary Club for the 2008-09 term.

We have a fantastic team here ready to help you with all your insurance needs. Whether you decide to visit us in person or prefer to schedule an appointment, feel free to reach out to us today!
